The protein is the most importan thing in nutrition.

Why?

Baecause it used to blood, musccule and bone for 20% of our body.

(About 70% is water)

So next question is how many protein should we get?

There are some thinkings from science…

I think we should get protein

about 1.6g-2.2g/kg per day in spanned 2 hours.

How about another big 2 nutrition?

Fat and carb.

There are so many discussions on it.

Also people are getting high carb persentage on day.

High carb vs High fat……

There are no result now I think.

It is personal problem like epigenetic.

The important thing about it is “What kind of food?”

Suger? Or rice? Or potatoes? Or trans fat? Or omega3?…..

I wanna read some academic radius.

I have never read about them.

I will write about nutrition, exercise, body, neuron, brain………….etc

But I have limited time.

I will spend the time for blog 1 hour per day.
