Barefoot shoes explorer

I wrote about barefoot shoes before.

Now, i will write down about “how can i find my shoes?”

Let me show you.

First, I tried to search in ChatGPT.

It recommends me Zero shoes, vivobarefoot and vibran fivefinger.

And i searched on Amazon about those one.

when i was searching Amazon customer reviews in zero shoes,

I caught “I bought zero shoes’s sandal, but Luna sandal is better.”

So I changed searching view to Luna. And I bought it.

I wore them for about 3months.

How about it?

This is my feeling,,,but my running style was changed.

Like this.

However i changed to zero shoes speed force 3.

Why??

Because Luna one’s base is not flexible.

When you start worrying about various details, you immediately start trying to deal with even the slightest discomfort in your back or knee.

(I felt discomfort when i was wearing them.)

When i changed to deicide, i tried some shoes in some barefoot shoes shop. In Vancouver.

Especially, i tried two shops.

I tried vivo, zero shoes, vibram.

I felt Vivo and vibram are hard. So I chose Zero shoes.
