Recently, i was reading ‘Sapiens’ by Yuval Noah Harari.
This book is known by people of international.
And Yuval Noah Harari is author of ‘Homo Deus’ and ‘21 Lessons’ and ‘Nexus (it’s sold since September 2024.)’.
He is a historical professor of Hebrew University.
He coming out that he is gay when he is 21 years old.
He was studied army history and world history in Oxford University.
‘Vipassana meditation changed me the biggest of my life’ he told in ‘21 Lessons’.
‘Sapiens’ explain Homo sapiens’s history since 2,500,000 years ago.
their history can be separated during 4 big changes.
Fire (=300,000years ago), brain (=70,000year ago), farm (10,000year ago),science (200year ago) revolutions.
They boosted our life.
Fire changed about nutrition. fire made being able to cook more effiency of nutrition. Easy explain, we can eat some meat, vegetable ,,,all of food through the fire faster.

Sapiens Moved to farm based alive that made being able to stay.
There are some reasons. People don’t know which started first, farm or stay.

This book has so many attractive ideas. Harari is a greatful storyteller.
In this book, He explained the history of Sapiens with some micro story. For example,
“Aluminum was so rare material in mid 1700. When Napoleon use the aluminium spoon, it is the best rank of his prepared customer. Napoleon will be wondered that the teenage girl wrapped sandwich by aluminium hoil.”
When i was studied history, it was not attractive. (Reason of possibility, i just don’t feel value!) it was not emotional.
But my emotion was moved by this book some time. One reason, I felt Harari’s thoughtful.
The most interesting point was animal.
In this section, he told about animals like pig, chicken, cow,,,,etc.
He is vegan. He started since searching for ‘Sapiens’. He was weondered the fact of animals.
When i was studying about nutrition, food, body…etc, i found the fact of companies of food.

I wanna search more about those things for eat more nutritional and moralistic.
