In 2023, when i was relaxing in holiday, “it” got off.
It is green and sticky and came from my nose.
Almost people didn’t wear off the musk in Japan March 2023, and me neither. So “it” didn’t show up for any people in front of me.
But I was wondered, “what is it?”. But i was not thinking about that deeply. I thought “it will heal soon!”.
2 weeks later, it was there yet. But i was confused because around past 2 years, i didn’t get any arellgie or nose sick.
I started volleyball since 2 years ago. And i got wisdom, “mind is important!“. I had sensitive nose sick from arellgie, when i was little (7-8 years old)
So i thought “Probably, mind is reason of this.”
2 weeks later, it was there yet. I went to hospital. And i was told my sick name, “nose polyp”. I have already heard that big past. However, I didn’t think that i will get it.
The doctor gave me an antibiotics. But i had read that it was not good for health because it kill any biome in body so i was
The doctor told me “please drink it for 2 weeks.”
I did that. But it wasn’t changed. And i noticed it came from only left nose hole.
I searched online. It’s called “ “
Since a half of year ago, i had on my left foot during 3 fingers. I tried hospital and cream. It healed up, but if i stoped that, it came again.
I thought “is it same reason?”. I asked the 2 doctor about that, but they didn’t answer exactly.
5 months later, it was September 2023. My nose polyp was there yet.
In March 2023, my left of back got break same season. All of left. Why?
My interest for health and body was getting higher. I felt “i should change something…” so i started reading books much more.
I read more than 30 books about health, and i got 1 book written by Steven Gandory, “Plant Paradox”. It explained about “rectine”. “Rectine” is famous for gluten. Gluten is kind of like lectine, one of the more than 6000 kinds. For example, The plants kind of eggplant, pepper and wheat includes Lectine.
Gandory said, “Lectine was getting revolution of violence for plant eater. It is working for our gut wall. If it come in our body, it will open a hall of gut wall. And it cause “Reeky gut”.
First, i didn’t trust it 100%. But i tried.
What is result??
1 months later, my green, sticky water was gone.
There were some reason think later. However Lectine was big reason of that. Also people’s nose are not straight exactly, me neither. My left nose hole is narrow yet.
I learned from this story, The doctor don’t heal up us, the drug don’t heal up my nose, anyone don’t manage us. But we can solve the problem. We are own doctor.
